COVID Relief Funds to be Available for Deltona Residents

The City of Deltona will host an event for residents to apply for COVID-19 Rent, Mortgage & Utility Assistance, on Saturday July 16th.  The event will be in the Commission Chambers from 9:00am through 2:00pm.  It is important to note this will be the only day applications will be accepted.

Housing & Community Development is handled the Assistance Program and provides the following criteria:

If you decide to proceed, please complete the online prescreen with the following links: Mortgage Prescreen and/or Rental Prescreen or you may call 386-878-8620.

  • This program is available to Deltona residents that have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. 
  • Once the Prescreen has been reviewed by Staff, the applicant will receive an application on or after July 11, 2022.
  • Applications will be accepted on July 16, 2022. 
  • Applications will not be accepted if the required items are not available at the time of review with the Coordinator on July 16, 2022.
  • Please note, submittal of the application or supporting documents does not guarantee acceptance or approval and additional documentation may be required; therefore, no commitment is made by either party.
  • This program is operated on a first-come, first completed, and first-served basis.
