Daytona State College had their ribbon cutting and dedication ceremony for the brand new residence hall on campus.
Some students will be moving in on June 29th to bring in the new school year.
The state of the art residence building is one of the firsts for community colleges in Central Florida.
The residence hall will house approximately 150 student-athletes in the fall.
