City of Deltona recently issued the following announcement.
City of Deltona Vice Mayor Maritza Avila Vazquez will host a Diabetes Town Hall at the Lakeshore Community Center on March 17th at 980 Lakeshore Drive in Deltona at 4:00PM.
This meeting is OPEN TO THE PUBLIC and will include guest speakers and representatives from Halifax Health/UF Health-Medical Center of Deltona.
The following items will be on the agenda for discussion:
– Diabetes Education – Informational talk by their representatives and medical staff.
– Discussion on programs available to help you and or a love one cope with diabetes.
Family Health Source Clinic
– Services provided in our very own neighborhood clinic – located on Deltona Blvd. Family Health Source will be on hand to share information on what services are provided at their Deltona clinic
