Food Trucks & Live Entertainment Scheduled for Aug. 26

Enjoy gourmet food served out of 14 food trucks, plus live music by Walker & Walker, at the City’s Food Trucks event from 4:30-8:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 26.

The Food Truck event will be held at the Shores Pavilion and McElroy Park, 3048 S. Atlantic Ave., Daytona Beach Shores. Admission is free. Please bring your own chair!

Entertainment will be provided Walker & Walker, a duo from MPIRE, starting at 5 p.m. on the Shores Pavilion Stage. The band features Meredith Walker and Guy Walker playing a variety of music from the 1960s to today, including pop, rock, disco, Top 40, country, R&B/soul and jazz. Walker & Walker perform a broad repertoire of great songs from all genres, delivering hits from the last four decades with a healthy mix of current material.

For gourmet food at the event, food trucks will offer up appetizers, main dishes, side dishes and desserts. Plus there will be two cash bars offered by Flagler Tavern. The food trucks will be open 4:30-8 p.m. The Aug. 26 food truck lineup will be announced soon.
