TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — Governor Ron DeSantis has made an important announcement today, appointing Sherry Taylor as the new Hendry County Supervisor of Elections.

Sherry Taylor, a resident of LaBelle, has been serving as the Chief Deputy Supervisor of Elections for Hendry County. Before her current role, she worked as a Paralegal at the Luckey Law Firm, P.L. With more than a decade of experience in the Hendry County Supervisor of Elections office, Taylor brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her new position. She is currently pursuing certification as a Florida Certified Election Professional, further enhancing her skills in the field.

Governor Ron DeSantis expressed his confidence in Taylor’s ability to serve in this important role, stating, “Sherry Taylor’s extensive experience and dedication to fair and transparent elections make her the perfect fit for the position of Hendry County Supervisor of Elections.
