Halloween-Themed Food Trucks & Live Concert set for Oct. 29

Enjoy gourmet food served out of food trucks, plus live music by the blues band Packrat’s Men of the Swamp, at the City of Daytona Beach Shores’ Food Trucks event from 4:30-8:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 29.

This Halloween-themed Food Trucks event will be held at the Shores Pavilion and McElroy Park, 3048 S. Atlantic Ave., Daytona Beach Shores. There will candy and fun for the kids, and costumes are encouraged. Admission is free.

Entertainment will be provided Packrat’s Men of the Swamp starting at 5 p.m. on the Shores Pavilion Stage. Founded by Anthony “Packrat” Thompson in 1989, Packrat’s Men of the Swamp is a national recording artist blues band based in New Smyrna Beach. Please bring your own chair for the concert.

For gourmet food at the event, food trucks from Kat’s Food Truck Events will offer up appetizers, main dishes, side dishes and desserts. Plus there will be two cash bars offered by Flagler Tavern. The food trucks will be open 4:30-8 p.m.

The Oct. 29 lineup of food trucks will be announced soon!
