Cobb Cole, Attorneys at Law, shall conduct a neighborhood meeting on Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. in the Meeting Room of the Ormond Beach Regional Library, located at 30 South Beach Street, Ormond Beach, Florida 32174 regarding a Future Land Use Amendment, Planned Development Rezoning, and Subdivision Plat applications. The properties under application are located along Atlantic Avenue, generally southeast and southwest of the intersection of Atlantic Avenue and Seminole Avenue (251, 264, 300 South Atlantic Avenue and 225 Magnolia Drive).  Ormond Beach Holdings, LLC seeks to develop the two vacant sites for a proposed 137 room hotel on the east side of SR A1A and 15 single-family homes on the west side of SR A1A. The applications would require Planning Board review and recommendation and City Commission action.
