The Daytona Beach Shores Chief Building Official has received a post storm building safety report from the structural engineer of the Marbella Condominium located at 3343 South Atlantic Avenue, Daytona Beach Shores. The Chief Building Official has accepted the report and caused the removal of the unsafe building notice as it relates to the impacts of the recent storms. Residents are now allowed to return to their properties but should be aware the report and removal of unsafe building notice does not address potential building and fire code violations/issues not covered by the report.
