The Planning & Zoning Board will meet on Monday, Jan. 9, at 5:30 p.m. in the James W. Hathaway Chambers at 214 Sams Ave. to consider the following items: 

  • Variance request to allow a structure 1 ft. from the west property line at 802 Magnolia St.
  • Rezoning request from 12 adjacent properties from 805 to 921 N. Atlantic Ave. to allow short-term rentals
  • Zoning text amendments to limit building height and parcel aggregation within National Registered Historic Districts
  • Selection of a 2023 vice chairperson
  • General discussion on potential topics for future workshops
  • January 2023 Development Activity Report
