The Planning & Zoning Board will meet on Monday, Jan. 9, at 5:30 p.m. in the James W. Hathaway Chambers at 214 Sams Ave. to consider the following items:
- Variance request to allow a structure 1 ft. from the west property line at 802 Magnolia St.
- Rezoning request from 12 adjacent properties from 805 to 921 N. Atlantic Ave. to allow short-term rentals
- Zoning text amendments to limit building height and parcel aggregation within National Registered Historic Districts
- Selection of a 2023 vice chairperson
- General discussion on potential topics for future workshops
- January 2023 Development Activity Report

The Planning & Zoning Board is appointed by the City Commission to review site plans and subdivision plats and make recommendations on Comprehensive Plan amendments, Land Development Regulations amendments, annexations, street vacations, and any other matters referred to them by the City Commission.
