Mark Dowst, P.E. shall conduct a neighborhood meeting associated with a Special Exception that seeks to expand a private school, the Riverbend Academy at 2080 West Granada Boulevard. The expansion seeks to add 13,327 square feet of building area to accommodate a 400-student increase from 200 to 600 students. The neighborhood meeting shall be held on Monday, July 25, 2022, starting at 6:00 p.m. at the Riverbend Church, located at 2080 West Granada Boulevard, Choir Room #124, Ormond Beach 32174. The Special Exception would require Planning Board review and recommendation and City Commission action.
