Of the 2,082 people living in Oak Hill in 2019, 50 percent (1,042) were women and 50 percent (1,040) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the East Volusia News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 624-to-598. In the 65 and over age range, there were 268 females and 338 males.
