The Planning & Zoning Board, made up of seven resident volunteers, will host their next regular meeting on Monday, Aug. 2 at 6:30 p.m. in the Brannon Center at 105 S. Riverside Dr. to consider the following items.
Voluntary annexation and rezoning request for 412 Oliver Dr.
Review of the Board’s annual report to the City Commission
Staff presentation and discussion on proactively managing western growth through comprehensive planning, Land Development Regulations amendments, and partnerships between land owners, the city, and other agencies
August 2021 Development Activity Report
