City of Daytona Beach issued the following announcement on Sept. 3.
It’s game on for an adults-only Game Night in the Park from 7 to 11 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 18, at Daisy Stocking Park. Presented by Commissioner Paula R. Reed and City Manager Deric C. Feacher, this is a chance for neighbors to meet one another and socialize. Residents are welcome to bring their favorite table games. There will be a DJ, food and beverage concessions and door prizes will be given throughout the evening. This event is for entertainment purposes; therefore, no gambling will be allowed.
