City of New Smyrna Beach issued the following announcement on Sept. 27.
Leisure Services is putting a spooky new spin on a free Halloween favorite this year at "Track or Treat!" Be at the New Smyrna Beach Sports Complex football stadium at 2335 Sunset Dr. on Friday, Oct. 29 from 4 to 6 p.m. to show off your cool costumes and get treats from local vendors lined up around the track.
