City of Orange City issued the following announcement on Oct. 13.
S Carpenter Ave, from Graves Avenues to the City/County maintenance line (just past Hollywood Cemetery), will be milled and resurfaced on October 25 and October 26. Travel lanes will be maintained and flaggers will be used to slow traffic through the work area.
