City of Ormond Beach recently issued the following announcement.
The Board of Adjustment and Appeals (BOAA) is scheduled for a meeting on Wednesday, January 5, 2022 with the following case on the agenda:
480 Collins Street: (1) Front yard setback variance: The LDC requires a front yard setback of 25’. The applicant seeks to allow the manufactured home at a front yard setback of
15’ requiring a 10’ variance to the required 25’ front yard setback and (2) Rear yard setback variance: The LDC requires a rear yard setback of 20’. The applicant seeks to allow
the manufactured home at a rear yard setback of 15’, requiring a 5’ variance to the required 20’ rear yard setback.
