City of DeBary recently issued the following announcement.
Beginning March 1, 2022, golf carts will be allowed to legally drive on certain City roads! In order to ensure safe driving conditions for all - golf carts that will be driven on ANY city
road (i.e. any road not in a gated community) MUST obtain a golf cart permit. To apply for a golf cart permit and view street map, stop by City Hall or go online at DeBary.org/golf
