City of Holly Hill recently issued the following announcement.
On Wednesday, March 30, 2022, a meeting will be held to discuss ideas for the use of Community Development Block Grant funds anticipated to be received in October of 2022.
The meeting will be in the Club House, located directly behind City Hall, at 6:00pm.
The Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) is funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and administered through the County of Volusia. Grants
are distributed to cities to be used for improvements of areas which primarily serve citizens of low to moderate income. Recent projects have included the refurbishment of multiple
sewer lift stations, the purchase of a playground at Ross Point park and water line improvements east of Ridgewood Avenue.
This is a great opportunity for citizens to voice ideas on projects that may best benefit the low to moderate income areas of Holly Hill. The public is encouraged to attend. For more
