City of New Smyrna Beach recently issued the following announcement.
Mayor Russ Owen and Airport Advisory Board member Celeste Lester briefly took to the sky in tethered hot air balloons this morning as a preview of next week's New Smyrna Beach Balloon Glow event to be hosted by Balloon Glow Tour at New Smyrna Beach Municipal Airport Friday, April 8 through Sunday, April 10.
