Census Bureau: More women than men in South Daytona in 2020

Of the 13,098 people living in South Daytona in 2020, 54.4 percent (7,127) were women and 45.6 percent (5,971) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the East Volusia News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 649. In the 65 and over age range, there were 1,551 females and 1,143 males.
