Residents encouraged to be election ready

The elections this fall will select three zone representatives. Persons seeking to be elected in three zones are: 

  • Daytona Beach Commissioner, Zone 1

    Ruth Trager (incumbent)

    Monica Paris 

  • Daytona Beach Commissioner, Zone 3

    Quanita May (incumbent)

    Steve Miller 

  • Daytona Beach Commissioner, Zone 5

    Dannette Henry (incumbent)

    Malcolm Williams

Only registered voters living in Zones 1, 3 and 5 will be able to cast a ballot to elect their commissioner.

Primary Election

Election Day: Tuesday, Aug. 23

Election Day Hours: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Deadline to Register to Vote: July 25

Deadline to Request a Vote-by-Mail Ballot: Aug. 13

 

Early Voting

8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Saturday, Aug. 13, through Saturday, Aug. 20.

General Election

Election Day: Tuesday, Nov. 8

Election Day Hours: 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.

Deadline to Register to Vote: Oct. 11

Deadline to Request a Vote-by-Mail Ballot: Oct. 29

Early Voting

7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Monday, Oct. 24, through Sunday, Nov. 6
