Daytona Beach Shores Chief Building Official has received reports from the structural engineer of Sanibel Condominium located at 3799 South Atlantic Avenue, The Sherwin Condominium located at 2555 South Atlantic Avenue, and The Holiday Inn Express located at 3301 S. Atlantic Ave., Daytona Beach Shores. After reviewing the reports, the Chief Building Official has deemed the buildings safe and has removed the unsafe building notice. Residents and visitors are now allowed to return to their properties.
