Daytona Beach Shores Chief Building Official has received reports from the structural engineer of Opus Condominium located at 2071 South Atlantic Avenue, Daytona Beach Shores. After reviewing the report, the Chief Building Official has deemed the buildings safe and has removed the unsafe building notice. Residents are now allowed to return to their properties.
