Our chief building official has received an engineer's letter and inspection report stating the two easterly oceanfront buildings of Las Brisas condominiums, 3001 S. Atlantic Ave., are structurally sound and safe for occupancy. The unsafe building posting has been revoked and residents are now cleared to return.
