The City of Orange City Utility billing department is excited to announce a new water billing monitoring system! The new all-in-one website will allow you to view real-time consumption data, specify billing and usage thresholds and receive proactive consumption alerts.
Sign up and register your account on our new all-in-one website simply by following this link: https://www.municipalonlinepayments.com/orangecityfl/utilities
To complete the process, please have your new account number and last amount paid. If you are already registered for our new Online Bill Pay, you can start viewing your account consumption. Once signed in and registered, navigate to the Consumption tab and click on the wheel image to set thresholds and alerts. For multiple accounts, click Account Detail first for the account you wish to view consumption on.

City of Orange City registered users will no longer have access to Aquahawk as of November 30th, 2022.
Are you an Auto Pay customer? If you are currently enrolled in auto pay through bank draft, no further auto pay action is required on this site. Auto pay through online portal will incur processing fees and may result in a billed deposit, if bank draft is required.
