Santa is coming to town

Police officers, firefighters and city leaders will escort Santa through Daytona Beach’s neighborhoods on Wednesday, Dec. 14 for the city’s annual Santa Run. The moving vehicle parade will begin at 6 p.m. in the Derbyshire area and wind through residential streets until ending at the Midtown Cultural & Educational Center, 925 George E. Engram Blvd., where Santa will pose for pictures and refreshments will be available. The route’s length is about 4 miles.

From Derbyshire Park, 849 Derbyshire Road

South to 3rd Street

Right/WB on 3rd Street to Lewis

Right/NB on Lewis Drive to 6th Street

Left/WB 6th Street to Imperial DriveLeft/SB on Imperial Drive to 5th StreetRight/WB on 5th Street to Cadillac Drive

Left/SB Cadillac Drive to 3rd Street

Right/WB on 3rd to Alice DriveRight/NB on Alice Drive to 5th Street

Left/WB on 5th Street to Barbara Drive

Left/SB on Barbara Drive to 3rd Street

Left /EB on 3rd to Berkshire Road
