TALLAHASSEE, Fla.—Today, Governor Ron DeSantis announces one judicial appointment to the Fifth Judicial Circuit Court. Charles Helm of Floral City has been selected to serve as a Judge on the Fifth Judicial Circuit Court. Helm, who has been serving as a County Court Judge for Citrus County since 2021, will now take on this new role.
Helm brings with him a wealth of experience, having previously served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit. His academic background includes a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and a juris doctor from Liberty University.
The appointment of Charles Helm fills the judicial vacancy left by the resignation of Judge Tatti.
