On Thursday, February  2, 2023, the City will be performing utilities improvements on E. Graves Avenue between Veteran Memorial Parkway and Kentucky Avenue. 

This job will be subject to a lane closure along E. Graves Avenue between these two roadways.

One travel lane will be maintained and flaggers will be used to slow traffic thru work area. 

The work will be carried out at night from 9:00 pm to 5:00 am, weather conditions permitting.
