Bethune-Cookman University has named Lathika Krishna and Anthony Anselmo as Wildcats of the Week for March 2-8. The award recognizes their athletic performances and contributions to campus life.
FGCU secured a 13-5 victory over Bethune-Cookman at Jackie Robinson Ballpark after recording 19 hits. Key performances included home runs from Javier Gorostola and Jon Embury for FGCU, while Jeter Polledo led Bethune-Cookman’s offense.
Bethune-Cookman’s baseball team will face North Florida after rallying for a comeback win over FGCU. Both teams bring notable stats into Tuesday’s matchup at Harmon Stadium.
