Group of Cross Country Alums Run the Jack & Jill Marathon

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University issued the following announcement on July 26.

A large group of Embry-Riddle cross country alums got together and ran the Jack & Jill Marathon and Half-Marathon over the weekend out on the West Coast. A combination of both men and women alums representing some of the best runners in program history competed at "the most beautiful course in the United States."

Josie Gray (2015-19) highlighted the 10 former Eagles, finishing 10th overall and as the third female in the half-marathon, posting a time of 1:23:52.63. Sarah Edens (2015-19) was the 10th-place female finisher in the half, while Brianna Paczynski finished 34th.

Alex Orr (2014-18) was 10th in the full marathon, running in 3:17:00:00, close behind was Alex Meneses (2014-16) in 15th, while Aleiyah Ross (2011-14) also ran the full, placing 75th.

On the men's side, Stephen Dietz (2016-17) was the 13th-place finisher in the half-marathon; Palmer Lintz (2012-15) was 42nd in the full, Dalton L'Heureux (2011-14) was 54th, and Jason Riggs (2011-14) finished 128th.
